Yards Brewing Company’s Award-Winning Bison Chili
Ingredients:
- ground bison (we get ours from Hillside Farm in Tellford, Pennsylvania)
- red kidney beans
- black beans
- diced tomatoes
- pureed tomatoes
- onions
- garlic
- green peppers
- Yards beer of choice (we mix it up but usually use Yards ESA)
- salt
- pepper
- cumin
- chili powder
Instructions:
