Chef Nick Macri’s Summer Tomato
Instructions:
- Wait for summer.
- Get a tomato off a vine.
- Shut up for two minutes.
- Slice the tomato in half.
- Sprinkle salt on one half of the tomato.
- Rub two halves of the tomato together, eat and enjoy.
Note: One may also substitute fresh summer cucumber for tomato.
